Still got questions? Here are some answers!

If you're still trying to figure out whether Yogi Flight School is EXACTLY what you need, then these questions will help you determine if this proven program is an OMG I NEED THIS! or just plain old lame.

Let’s start with THE most popular question (seriously, I’ve been asked this repeatedly)

Q1. Nathania, I’m new to yoga, will this course help me?

Um, yes. If you’ve been around the Facebook group at all in the last week, you KNOW that we have plenty of newbies to yoga who have been SLAYING it and making immense progress in just 3 classes. It’s frankly been astounding to watch!

The program meets you where you are and offers variations for beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis.

You do not have to already have nailed crow pose or any arm balance to join. The program will teach you everything you need and will hold your hand through the process.

You get pre-recorded modules that you can watch and re-watch and re-practice over and over until you get solid in the pose you’re working on.

The weekly LIVE workshops give you an opportunity to get feedback in real time and have me look at your form and give you pointers as you go.

The community is a hugely supportive group of people who will cheer you on and celebrate every little win you have, because it’s in celebrating our wins that we gain the confidence to keep going!

Q2. Nathania, I’ve been practicing for quite a while and kind of want to get to the hard stuff. What gives?

Well first off, it’s always a great idea to go back to the basics and review things from the ground up. Even if you feel accomplished and stable in your practice, it never hurts to get a different perspective on the fundamentals to take your practice to the next level.

Secondly, the program offers tons of variations that you can play with, from funky armed side crow to scorpion handstands and forearm stands, to funky Pinchas and other circus-esque poses you see on Instagram, I guarantee that you won’t run out of options to explore.

The best part? There are others in the group who are at your level and you can inspire each other to keep growing. AND, you get to come in and support the newbies with your expertise. WIN WIN!

Q3. I’ve taken so many workshops, what makes this program different?

My favorite question!!

What makes Yogi Flight School different than any course you’ve ever taken can be broken down into 3 distinct components:

#1. IT GOES BEYOND A COURSE - Workshops (which I love btw!) can easily keep you stuck in ‘student-mode.’ Always watching, always thinking you don’t know enough, always thinking there’s one more thing to learn before you put it into practice, and they last 90 minutes and you're supposed to remember everything you learned.

Yogi Flight School pushes you right out of your comfort zone and into ACTION because the best way to learn is to try, fall, get up, try again and most importantly, CELEBRATE your wins, AND makes the content accessible FOREVER! And you get to come back to the live workshops (for free) each time I re-launch the course so you have new opportunities to keep growing all the time.

#2. MINDSET - Oh! You think the only thing keeping you from where you wanna go is just information? You think just knowing more STUFF will bring more results? Ha!

What separates those that succeed from those who ultimately give up and give in is your MIND. You get to manage your self-talk, your stories, your beliefs and the biggest thing that stands in your way: You! And that is going to create massive BREAKTHROUGHS not just in your yoga but in your life.

#3. A STEP BY STEP PLAN TO FOLLOW - It’s easy to want to run before you walk. It’s easy to want to handstand before you’ve mastered the principles of being upside down in the first place or learning how to fall safely. I'm a big proponent of setting yourself up for SUCCESS, and that's best done with step-by-step learning.

This course progresses you in such a way that by the time you graduate to each next level of the course, you’ve gained some degree of mastery over the step before. That means you’re constantly moving forward.

You get to have a VISION for yourself in these pretzel shapes, and then follow the plan to get you there!

Q4. I don’t have a lot of time to put into this, AND I live in a different time zone. Is it worth signing up?

The best part about Yogi Flight School is it’s designed to be reviewed as many times as you need, and you have LIFETIME access to it. I’m a firm believer that 5 minutes a day of dedicated practice is all you need to make significant progress.

Of course, if you can dedicate more time than that, that’s awesome, but 5 minutes every day will start to train your muscle memory and get you to where you’re going faster.

The LIVE trainings will be at 8 am Pacific time in the USA, so that you can still attend from *most* places in the world even if you're in a different time zone.

And if you can’t make it live, every single live class will be recorded and uploaded into the portal within hours of wrapping up, so you can even catch up the very same day.

For those of you in New Zealand, Australia or other places on the other side of the planet from us, we are considering adding an additional class at a time that is manageable for you, coming this summer.

As long as you show up and do the bare minimum (5 minutes a day), it's absolutely more than worth it!

Q5: When will the program be available again if I can't join now?

The next launch date of YFS is not yet set but will be sometime in the next 6 months.

You could be handstanding by then.

I encourage you to consider: where in your life do you give up opportunities because you "can't do it right now" or you'll "get to it later?" How many things could you have mastered by now if you jumped instead of procrastinated?

Timing is not always PERFECT, but with a life-time access course like this, you know you can make it work at your own pace when you have time!

That being said, if now is not the right time for you, I promise to send an email the next time I launch the course so you can be the first to know. Just know that you could be standing on your hands by then ;)

Ok, cool?

This covers the top 5 questions I’ve been asked repeatedly over the last 3 days.
